Payment conditions:
- Short-term stays (up to 30 nights): A down-payment of 30% is required directly with the reservation to confirm the booking. You will be asked to pay the balance, city tax (if applicable) and security deposit 7 days before arrival.
- Long-term stays (over 30 nights): A down-payment of 1 month's rent is required directly with the reservation to confirm the booking. Monthly balances are due 7 days before each new month start. You will be asked to pay the security deposit 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy:
In case the customer cancels their reservation, the following cancellation charges will be applied:
- No Penalty if the cancellation is made up to 7 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 6 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
For cancellations received more than 7 days before check-in, the guest can change the dates of a stay free of charge within one year and will have to inform us about new dates.
